​​The principles of developing your physique naturally are not complicated: weight training, quality nutrition and resolute consistency. With time, these habits compound - not just physically but in all areas of life. I have been training since 2017 - gradually building muscle while maintaining low body fat. What follows is a visual record of that process: nearly a decade of growth built through discipline, hunger for knowledge and persistence.
