For the past nine years, I’ve immersed myself in weight training and natural bodybuilding—not just as an athlete, but as a student and a coach. Since completing my personal training qualifications in 2018, I’ve trained clients of all backgrounds, and worked under the guidance and mentorship of my father - a bodybuilding champion, professional coach, and PhD in Philosophy. His influence pushed me to understand training on a deeper level: not just how to lift, but what really works and why.
